In 1990, SOLT Priests from Holy Cross Parish headed by Rev. Father Thomas Gier, started to celebrate the Anticipated Sunday Mass for the community of Capitol Park Homes II Subdivision in a makeshift altar at Orchids Street. After some months, a semi – permanent Chapel for the Patron Saint, then Our Lady of Fatima, was built along Camella and Fleur-de-lis Streets, where the first Saturday and Sunday Masses were regularly celebrated.
In 2008, the Subdivision Developer V.V. Soliven donated a parcel of land located at the corner of Carnation and Jasmine Streets where a bigger Chapel was slowly erected. In 2010, Rev. Fr. Steve Loria, SOLT of the Holy Cross Parish formally turned over the Parochial authority to the Epiphany of the Lord Parish and from then, Rev. Fr. Aristeo De Leon, spearheaded the community in the building task. He was succeeded by Rev. Fr. James Nitollama in 2013.

Tobias, D.D., issued Decree No. 2016-237 established the Our Lady of Fatima Mission Area and defining its territory composed of areas separated from the Holy Cross Parish, the Epiphany of the Lord Parish and the St. Francis Xavier Parish.
