After several years of development and consultation, the Diocese of Novaliches officially puts into effect its Diocesan Employees Manual of Norms and Policies, Discipline and Good Conduct through simple ceremonies held in the Obispado de Novaliches Conference Room last November 16, 2017.

His Excellency Most Rev. Antonio R. Tobias, DD, signed the Manual during the regular monthly Clergy Meeting. This was witnessed by the Curia members Fr. Noel B. Azupardo, Fr. Reynaldo S. Flores, Fr. Antonio E. Labiao, Fr. Marlou V. Lemaire, Msgr. Jesus-Romulo C. Rañada, Fr. Albert N. Delvo and Fr. Rudy M. Tulibas and by the Clergy of the Diocese of Novaliches.

The Manual of Norms and Policies highlights the Mission and Vision, the Core Values and Pastoral Priorities of the Diocese of Novaliches as well as the values and principles to be lived out by the employees/partners as they perform their daily tasks and responsibilities in behalf of the Diocese. This will be the guiding manual for all RCBN employees effective on the same day.

The administrative manual was prepared for the RCBN by the Vicar- General for Administration, Msgr. Jesus-Romulo Rañada, in consultation with lawyers, Human Resource practitioners, and the Curia. The draft started as early as 2012 and was continuously updated to what it is now. (~ Msgr. Jesus-Romulo Rañada)
